The Company collects the following data:

- Your date of birth and/or wedding anniversary,

- Your address (if delivery orders are placed),

- Your order and/or purchase history,

- Your card details, if you so opt for, in order to process payment for the order you place.

You directly provide the Company with most of the data we collect.

We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online on our website or on our app or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

The Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account,

The Company apply high standard of security when it comes to hosting and protecting information. All data are stored on secured database on cloud with secured access, unique to each individual user. Passwords are changed on a regular basis. The Head Office staff and Patraos (restaurant managers) access to the computers are password protected. We use anti-virus software such as Avast and Windows Defender and other measures to restrict electronic access.

The Company does not make personal information commercially available to any third party, except as described in this policy or as detailed in the Cookied Policy, or with your prior permision.

The Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

By creating an account on our website and/or our app you are automatically signing up to receive marketing and promotions.

For any marketing and promotional material we send you, you will have the ability to opt out of receiving further marketing.
